Ken has over 30 years experience in the construction and development industry at Subcontractor, Builder & Developer Level and has a very enviable reputation consulting with both local authorities and local/state government authorities. over the past 26 years, Ken has carried out comprehensive projects such as; Commercial, Residential high rise, Aged Care, industrial, and Government Projects. He has directly employed up to 140 men at any one time within his building and masonry companies, with high profile projects in Sydney, Canberra and Wollongong.

Daniel Tugrul

Construction Manager

Daniel Tugrul has over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry, delivering high quality residential and commercial projects. Daniel provides real leadership support to the project teams, helping the to resolve design challenges with solid buildability solutions.
With his experience within the building industry, Daniel ensures that our TDK integrated systems are being implemented and adjusted to suit each project’s requirements.
Daniels attention to detail, with planning and risk assessment ensures our projects run smoothly and that our teams are able to exceed our client’s expectations

Anthony Hughes

Project Manager

Anthony has over 22 years experience in the construction, civil and geotechnical industry locally and in Sydney.  He worked for Golders & Coffey for 13 years before moving into a contracting role initially as Project Engineer for a Civil Contractor and then as a Project Manager for Building Construction firms locally and in Sydney.  Over the last 7 years he has been extensively involved in Project Management across a number of projects, including managing works for the $28M Australian Taxation Office in Wollongong.  Anthony has developed a strong Engineering & Project Management background and has completed a range of projects for both private and Government sectors in high rise residential building, infrastructure and industrial construction.  With his enthusiasm, extensive experience and knowledge, Anthony is an important and vital team member of TDK Corporation

Fernando Aguilera

Project Manager

Fernando has over 30 years experience in delivering high quality residential and commerical projects. He has gained his wealth of experience working with Tier 1 building companies accross both the commercial and residential sector. Fernando’s commercial experience extends from building 4 major shopping centers to high rise office towers in Sydney CBD and recently completing the iconic CBA “Money Box”, at 5 Martin Place – this project has won serveral awards within the building industry.

Rob Glen

Maintenance / Quality Control Manager

During Rob’s 25+ years within the construction industry he has gained vast knowledge and experience within multiple sectors in the industry, from working as a bricklayer to managing a commercial masonry company to providing support in administration, cost planning and for TDK. Rob Glen’s extensive experience give him the capability to ensure any project he is involved with meets the highest quality, is resourced in the most efficient way and meets all the standards of TDK and our clients.
Rob has worked in several different roles from Administration to Cost Planner and Maintenance Manager, involving such projects as:
– Stockland Shellharbour Shopping Centre Expansion
– South Coast Correctional Centre – Nowra
– Horsley Residential Aged Care Facility – Dapto
– Woolooware Shores Retirement Village – Taren Point
– University of Wollongong Early Start Facility
– Nowra Park Retirement Village – Nowra.

Blaike Tugrul

Contracts Administrator

After working within the Education and IT sectors, Blaike Tugrul made the switch to construction. With his experience of managing contracts in the government sector, he has been able to apply this knowledge to the current role and has excelled at it for the past 4 years. His organisational and team work skills have carried through to the building industry and have perfectly suited Blaike’s role of meeting deadlines and providing superior service and support to clients and subcontractors.
Blaike has been directly involved in projects such as:
– Signature Apartments – Wollongong
– Staff Apartments – Wollongong
– Sutherland Hospital Expansion

Melissa Jenner

Office Manager

Being the face of our construction team, Melissa has earned her stripes as an efficient, friendly and courteous Office Manager through her 25+ years experience in roles such as Personal Assistant to the Managing Director of a large manufacturing company, administrator of Building & Development Applications and Approvals in Environment & Planning at Wingecarribee Shire Council. Melissa is responsible for the management of the Company contracts, accounts and payroll. Melissa provides valuable assistance to the Company Directors and Estimators as well as carrying out all of the day to day office management for the company.

Kellie Tugrul

Accounts Manager

With over 25 years experience in Accounting and Secretarial roles, Kellie is a vital team member of TDK Corporation. Kellie has extensive skills, being an Accounting Manager for 12 years and a further 12 years being Office Manager and Payroll Manager for a large Building company. Kellie is a reliable, efficient and courteous member of our team and a valuable asset to the company and it’s Directors.

Jesse Romanos


Jesse has been working in the construction industry for over 6 years. In this time, he has had roles in architecture, estimating & procurement for a masonry company and project managing for a commercial mechanical subcontractor in Sydney. Jesses’ skills and experience in these roles have made him an asset to TDK in completing tenders, analysing the labour and time components of a build and providing the best possible pricing to clients and prospective developers.
