Rod is highly experienced in managing apartment buildings, townhouse developments, architectural homes, and complex refurbishments across the Illawarra region.
He brings hands-on leadership and deep technical knowledge, having successfully run his own high-end home building company.
Rod is recognised for his sharp eye for detail, focus on build quality and ability to identify and resolve potential issues early. He leads well-organised sites, maintaining clean workflows, positive team culture, and consistent delivery of high-standard projects.
Rod holds a Carpentry Trade Certificate, Clerk of Works qualification and Licensed Builder status. He has contributed to the delivery of projects such as Rosebank Apartments and Staff Apartments.
